Default 09 Silverado

I have an 09 Silverado, 5.3l engine, extra cab with 8 ft bed, 4x2. Have added flowmaster 40 with duals from the cat back, tonneau bed cover and K&N filter in place of the stock filter. Would like to add CAI. On my 05 I did a redneck CAI (hose from Pep boys, filter, and two plumbing flanges.) Worked great - An honest 20 mpg average. When I looked at my new truck, I promptly discovered that GM in all their wisdom made the filter box one piece and screwed the MAF into the box.
1. Does anyone know who makes a CAI for the 09?

2. Since the hole in the filter box on the 09 is wider than my fist and extends the width of the box (almost) do I need further holes in the box to REALLY COMPLETE THE PROCESS or will further holes complicate things.
Note: I did unhook the negative battery cable for awhile to get rid of the short term memory.
