OK, so i just bought my first truck and new vehicle about 3 months ago. i got an 09 Silverado LT Z71. trying to do research on lifts and upgrades and i dont find a lot of stuff for 09. first i want to lift it up 3-4 inches. not an off roader but love the look. do i need to do it with a suspension lift or is there other ways. with that what brand, type, website...... and all that info. thanks for any help.

 

try going to summitracing.com for aftermarket torsion keys that should give a little bit of lift in the front. also, superlift or fabtech makes a 3" lift that is pretty much just new spindles for the front and 3" blocks for the back. the rear is simple, blocks and new U bolts. the front is like i said earlier, 3" in spindles and aftermarket torsion keys to level everything out. 09 1/2 tons dont have torsion bars. they are coil overs.

also try 4 wheel wholesale or wholeparts, cant remember the exact name. they have high prices, but they specialize in stuff like that, might be able to find something you like.
