Blend Indicators "Blink" on climate controls 93 Silverado

Default Blend Indicators "Blink" on climate controls 93 Silverado
Whenever you try to blend from floor to dash or hit the defrost button all of the "blend" (the little arrows that show you where air should be comming from) just blink. Any ideas?

sound like the control needs to be replaced they are very easy to replace. do u have any other trucks with the same control that u can swap out with just to check?
