Default 1988 Chevy 1500

What would you pay for this truck?

1988 Chevy 1500
*144,524 Miles
*Four Wheel Drive
*Long Box
*350 V8
*700R4 Transmission
*3 year old exhaust (excluding cat. forward)
*Interior is still in pretty decent condition
*parked for about 1.5 years
*cracked windshield
*minor rust on passenger rear fender (above wheel)
*supposed blown head gasket
*no reverse in transmission
*power windows not always working properly
*radiator needs replacing (?)
*u-joints for drive shaft

GUYS..THINK ABOUT IT..
blown head gaskets...which could mean cracked head/block
radiator
windshield
parked over a year
rust
sorry...800

no radiator tranny and head gasket damage? yeah im thinking maybe 1000... probably less

it depends on if you are selling or buying. I personally, love those trucks because you can work on them, and 350's are a dime a dozen. but i hate rust, i live in Washington where there is no rust. if you are selling, sell it for 3500 and don't tell them whats wrong, play dumb. if you are buying, be smart and talk them down to 1500.

yea def dont spend more then a grand for it but what im saying nobody around here would even dare to ask for 3grand. no theres things called lemon laws that kind of make it very hard to play dumb about things like that, you end up footing the bill and not them. so be careful if you think you can do that.

Wouln't pay much...around here right now there is a 1990 4WD...std.cab..LONGBED....350 v-8 AND AUTO GOING FOR 500.00
