Default 1991 Chevy Silverado

Had a problem with starter. Pulled slave cylinder to get starter off. Put on new starter and put slave cylinder back in. Clutch pedal was hard. Pushed a bit harder on clutch pedal and heard a pop. Clutch went to the floor. Pulled and changed slave cylinder still have no pedal at all. Have tried to bleed several times. Could it be possible there is something wrong with the clutch. It doesn't look like the fork is coming in contact with the slave cylinder. Could use some insight.

Can you confirm, with some help of course, that when someone is pressing the clutch pedal, and you down under the vehicle, if the fork is moving in and out??

Sounds like the clutch fork broke or something internal.... Oh what fun...
