It is not just a grill swap. Years back I looked into this but to go from a quad headlamp to a dual, more room for an intercooler for a Cummins swap. You will need to change the radiator core support as well. Then you need to get the headlight sockets for the quad headlamps and wire them in place of the current units.

I didn't have to change the Radiator core support on mine going from dual to quad. I just had to change the wiring harness.

Interesting but I guess I can see the quad lights are shallower than the larger dual headlamps. Were the mounting holes for the quad lamps in the core support or did you have to make them?

I had to drill and tap a couple of holes into the core support.

Yo will have to change the entire light harness, and on on my truck, I had to change the switch as well.
