1996 chevey silverado ext cab

what would causa this automatic tranny not to shif into reverse ?????/

Does the shift lever move into reverse and the truck won't move or can you not get the lever into the reverse position?

Tranny

Yes shifts into reverse , ideils down. U think it's in the valve body or cluches?
