RE: 1997 keeps blowing fuse
do you have a DVOM (dual volt ohm meter) sounds like there is either a short in the dash or at the lights the best thing I can tell you to do is to use the dvom and start somewhere it really doesnt matter where (headlight switch, park lights........ect) put one probe to ground and start "hittin" wires (probing them) with the dvom set to continuity to find your trouble wire/s ( this is a frusterating and time consuming job but woth it in the end) when you find the wire/s that are shorted to ground then you can start tracing them and find your problem. remember every harness will have atleast one ground wire good luck and keep us informed
