Ok try this, locate your MAP sensor. It is on top of the intake manifold in the very back. Unplug it and see if it runs better. If it does, its a bad sensor.

Well I unplugged the MAP sensor an no change in it stumbling and bucking. The only way it run better is with the TPS unplugged. By the way this TPS is out of my company work which is an 07 chevy silverado 4.3l an it runs fine with it in that truck. That's where I am puzzled....... I have already swapped these parts out with no change.

I wonder if I have a bad IAC. I have read how to test it an it said the pindle should move in and out, but when I checked it only moved just a little out.

The engine only runs smooth with the tps unplugged. Why is this?

Ok guys I finely got a multimeter an I checked the tps on this truck. With the key off I had a ohms reading of 0.8 to 1.2ohms, with the key on I had volt on one wire of 5.02v and the second wire at 0.57 an the numbers climb smoothly all the way to 4.85v. It seems that this part is working. So then what is my issue?

Next thing I would look into checking is the O2 sensors.
