I have a bone stock 1999 Silverado Z71, the engine has been recently rebuilt and has around 75-80K on it. I am wanting to get around 400HP out of it somewhat reliably, it isn't my main driver. However, I have NO IDEA how to achieve this. Here is what I am thinking:

CAI
Aftermarket Throttle body
Cam, springs, lifters
True Dual exhaust, cats deleted
Short tube or longtube headers (whats the difference and what is easiest)
Coilpacks
Injectors
Fuel Pump
Spark plug/wires
Programer


Would this get me close?
