I have a 2000 2500 that is having starting problems and they occur at random times, hot cold, early late doesnt seem to matter. I have replaced the fuel pump twice-1st time everything worked fine for a couple of months and then it started acting up again- so I replace the pump and it is acting the same. Parts guy said that maybe the fuel pump is not getting enough electricty-I hear the pump turn on each time and it sounds strong- I can get it to start by pressing down on the accelerator pedal. It acts like it is not getting enough fuel- Also changed the fuel filter
