2001 6.0L checking inline fuel pressure the rigth way?
I have the T from MAC tools that hooks up in place of my fuel filter as im changing the fuel filter tommorow as i'm having hesitation for the first few throttles after sitting an hour or more.
What recording's should I take and what is the rigth way to check the readings.
Ive heard you pinch a certain line and then check that reading. What Line?

Just checked the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
50PSI at an idle it goes up 2-3 if you rev it.
Drove with it just down the alley so I could see what happens when the truck does the hesitation thing for the first couple throttles and it didn't drop at all.
Isn't 50 PSI low I though I heard 56-62. If that's true how does the truck start and run at 50PSI.
Not sure on the 56-62 figure though
