Default 2005 Siverado Door Chime

The gosh darn thing chimes when the door is open and there is no key in the ignition and it is driving me crazy! I found a couple different fixes..one was to put spray foam in the chimer and I dont want to do that. Then another was to pull the fuse for the chimer but I cant figure out which fuse is for the chimer. I did look at my maunel and there is no "chimer" fuse. I did see one for the driver door..but what else would I be disabling?

That is a new one to me... I wouldn't pull the fuse to your chime. Cause you'll probably loose other stuff you don't want to live without, like your interior lights.

I would try and find the chime module and unplug it and throw it in the glove box.
Are you having any other problems with your key ignition or steering column?

My dad pulled out the chime fuse in a '99 tahoe and had no problems with it. It had broke and stayed beeping 24/7 lol.

Chime is the left front speaker. Bcm sends signal to radio to chime left front speaker.
