I just bought a new silverado crew cab LTZ with the 6 liter V8, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies that make performance parts for them. Also, if anyone has one and has done anything to it like wheels or a grill guard or something, could I see some pictures?

you could just google pictures of other 2500HD's and check out summitracing.com and type in your vehicle and see what parts come up...

 

The 6.0's are WAY undertuned. Get some headers, exhaust, intake, 160 degree thermostat, and a custom tune. I'd say it would give you another 55-60 hp at the wheels, easy.

 

apart from headers, exhaust, and intake, can i use parts for the 6.0 liter that were made for pre-2007 trucks?

 

Dunno... Probably not, though...
