2500 Silverado Diesel/with Allison Tranny

Default 2500 Silverado Diesel/with Allison Tranny
I am 2 days away from buying a 2007 - 2500 diesel with just 8500 miles. I have seen a wide variety of fuel mileage for the 2500 diesel. If I run it 65 with nothing behind it what should I expect to get?Also should I get the dealer to throw in a oil change and a fuel filter change?

Probably somewhere between 20-22mpg.
