RE: 3:23's ??
[align=left]Not all 07s have 3:23's. Went to the dealership and only a few 3:23s.
Another thing, I dont get better mileage than anyone whose posted their MPG and I have the 4.8. My S&B intake and Magnaflow are on the way, hopefully that'll help capitalize on the only reason Chevrolet would offer 3:23's- GAS MILEAGE

RE: 3:23's ??
EDIT - I tried to post the chart, but it's not letting me. Go here:
http://www.f-body.org/gears/and just put in what tire size, gearing, and transmission gears (3.059 first, 1.625 second, 1.00 third, and a .696 fourth).
Mark, I priced out how much it would be to buy new gears ($160), new eaton posi ($450), installation kit ($100) and the labor should only take 2-3 hours by an experienced tech. So that run me about $800 or so.
To the TS - unless your going to be doing a bunch of upgrading while the rear is torn apart (ie, gears, posi - if you don't already have one) it shouldn't run you that much.

RE: 3:23's ??
Thanks, good info! I've been doing some price hunting and I found a reputable shop that'll do parts and labor for $750, which kinda surprised me. Usually we get reemed for everything in So-Cal!! All I know is that I definately will regear before I lift it. Thanks for the help bro.
