It could be the Driveshaft. with the 4.10 gears, the shaft is turning way faster than normal. You might be near critical speed, which could cause the vibration.

I would like to get my drive shaft balanced, but everyone I talk to says that the drive shaft balancing machine will not spin 90MPH.

If the shaft is out of balance they won't need to spin it that fast to detect the vibration.

check the drive shaft and dont forget about the tires too! a clod of mud or something on the inside of the rim will throw it out of balance just enough
