I have 1992 gmc half ton pickup with 4 wheel drive. ok i was wondering were doees the 4 wheel drive light indicator(that lights up by the shifter on the flour when you switch it into 4 wheel drive) harness go when it goes out the bottom of the pickup. My 4 wheel drive works but the light doesn't work i checked the bulbs and fuses and there ok, so im thinking that i might have a loose wire or a broken one so im trying to figure out where the light indicator wires go after they leave the cab.

I know the 4wd light indicator switch is on top of the front Diff. You will have your actuator in the front, and the switch is right on the top. Its not very big and has 3 wires going to it.

I had the exact same problem, on mine one of the wires was broke.
