Premium fuel is only 8 cents a gallon in Iraq and Iran. Some people still don't believe me about the Redneck RamAir working...

I was listening to the radio today and they did a survey of the lowest/highest gas prices in the world. Gas is like $11 a gallon in parts of France.

Maybe we will all get together and buy a refinery adn make our own gas. The gas companies are screwing us, so why not. We will need alot of money though. Just think. We start a gas refining company that sells the gas for just over cost (eqivilent to all our salaries, which isn't tremendous) and think of what we could sell it for! Right now gas prices are rising for no reason!! Nothing new has happened, why have we gone up $1 in 3 months?

It is "funny" how each summer there are problems with refieneries, or shortages of oil around the globe. Kind of makes you think it is a supply and demand issue, does it not? Here is what I think. It is a damn monopoly and nothing more. The profit that oil companies make is absurd and furthermore, it is absurd that they can get away with it. In addition, I think the "shortages" they claim are a load of ****. Being in the military, I can tell you we burn and waste gas like it was water. We have only been utilizing oil for what, 80 years or so. So you're telling me that we have consumed most of the oil in the planet earth? It's hard to believe when you consider the circumference of the earth is 25,000 miles and the diameter is 8,000 miles. If we do the math, that is a tremendous amount of space for oil to form.

This problem is never going to get better unless we have an organization, (LIKE OUR DAMN GOVERNMENT), stand up to these extortionistoil companies. But of course, thisis easier said than doneyou see, becausewhen it comesto oil companies and our government, the GOOD OLE BOY NETWORK is in effect...

Exactly my point, and not to mention all the fuel we use with our aircraft!
