97 GMC Sierra i have replaced actuator with upgrade from gmc .new wiring harness ,I was told by dealer to splice the brown wire to blue on transfer case.now it engauges but it wont disengauge.can someone explian the wiring and how its suppose to work?!!!!

 

i was wrong on where to splice wire brn 2brn . it will still not disengauge.is there a way tocheck to see if i burnt the new actuator up.or to check the relay on the transfer case.THANX Ernie
