Or you can take the truck and jack all the wheels up and see what is turning. Turn the front wheels and see if the front drive line turns, same with the rear wheels except see if the front wheels turn. This will let you know what is still locked in, the transfercase or the front diff. If they are both locked in then you have some serious problems like servos going bad and possibly gummed up transfercase.
