whats a fair labor charge swap 5.3 2000 chevy motor?

16.8 hr base price Depending on engine options it could be $1300 to $1800

5.3 swap as in replace a 5.3 with a 5.3L engine, or replace another engine with a 5.3? Because dong an engine swap would take more time than that I would suppose ... just R&R and engine wouldn't take all that long.
