hello i have a 2001 gmc 2500hd 6.0 vortec 4x4 that has been seized up (ran with no oil) i have a 5.3 out of a 2001 chevy tahoe 4x4. i was wondering what it would take to swap in the 5.3 to the 2500? also am i able to use the same computer or will the computer from the tahoe work in the truck? will the 5.3 bolt up to the 4l80e with no modifications? any thoughts on how the 5.3 will tow compared to the original 6.0 is appreciated as well. thanks
