'82 GMC half ton tow limit
Hi folks,
We've got this '82 LWB 305 w/fresh rebuilt TH350 trans. Had it in the family since '91, I'm curious if the suspension would handle a 22-24' camper? It's got 5k# gas/spring assist shocks on the back and new Desination AT 6 plys all around.
I had this transmission built heavy for up to 500 hp and a 1900 stall converter.
I know my '77 suburban handled a 28' ok, but it had more weight distribution going for it.
