Welcome and good luck. Try http://car-part.com/ for used mirrors and glass if you're looking for stock replacements.

Glad to have you!! As far as a tune up, these are just my suggestions from experience I have had with them. Plugs- NGK, Wires-MSD 8.8mm with MSD 6A Box(optional), Oil- Royal Purple, Air filter- K&N or Tru Flow if they make it for your truck. As far as other mods like exhaust and intake, not sure cuz I think you have a TBI set up on that truck. Find out and let us know.

I had the same truck. 1990 Chevy Silverado, 5.7 350 with auto mantic tranny 700R4.
Okay here are my suggestions as far as a tune up goes. Stock Gm wires, cap and rotor, Bosch Platinum plugs (regular Bosch). Oil and filter your preferance. Tranny filter and fresh tranny fluid.
Performance mods that I had... Edelbrock intake, JBA shorty headers, ASP underdrive pulleys, K&N airfilter with homemade built ram air kit, stock y-pipe into stock cat into a glasspack dualed out. Hypertech thermomaster chip with 160 degree T-stat. And I ran regular unleadede to keep the gas mileage. It nevder clattered and when I ran premium fuel it screamed like a scalded dog but drank the fuel like a crack head feeming for a fix.

Looks like pretty good advise so I'll keep my 2 cents in my pocket for later. Welcome aboard and good luck with her, that's a nice truck. I had a '91 that I ordered, 1500, 5.7 lt, 700R4, 3.73, extended cab, short bed. Oh yeah Black.
