Default 91 k1500 5.7l studder problem!

I started putting the ethanol fuel in my truck, and now it is studdering at the bottom end when you first take off. What can I do to fix this?

Are you running the pure ethanol fuel? And correct me or not, but don't the 91 models run on 87 octane fuel and not the pure ethanol fuel? If it is pure ethonal fuel tehn simple answer switch back to 87 octane. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong or if I misunderstood the situation.

I am required to run E10 by Oregon law. They don't allow the sale of pure gasoline for on road use.

Make sure you are getting the right mixture... 90% gasoline 10% ehtanol. Any more ethanol and it will run like crap. Flex fuel vehicles can run on 85% ethanol 15% gasoline. But the computers are set up for that. Not sure if yours is. E10 was only supposed to be an additive but I guess Oregon made it mandatory. That sux.
