93 1500 fuel prob maybe?

Red face 93 1500 fuel prob maybe?

i have a 93 silv and it idles great and putters around good but when i get into it at all it sputters horribly. visually checked the injectors in the tbi and theyre sprayin fuel. could it be a clogged filter not letting enough flow? my fuel lines are pretty rusty and the fuel filter is a fram i dont think thats stock(maybe it is im not sure) im afraid to try to replace it but will if need be. just wanted to see if anyone else has had these problems any help at all would be greatly appreciated as this is my daily

Only way to be sure is to put a fuel guage on and check psi. Those symptoms could be from a few other things though. Like ignition, clogged injector, vacum leak, intake manifold leak, etc.

agreed a pressure check is needed but it has classic fuel filter written all over it. Replace the filter and do a pressure test.

replaced the fuel filter wout breakin my lines and runs great thanks alot for the help
