Hi, I just bought this truck, it occasionally flashes the check engine light, goes off after a while. I pulled the codes, got a 13 and a 38, 13 I get, it needs an ox sensor, but 38 confuses me. Does this indicate a problem with the brakes or the transmission, and what is the connection between the two? Truck seems to run marginally well, haven't driven it enough to know what to expect yet.
