Default 95 k1500 idleing issues

i just did a tune up on my tbi 5.7 and a few mods(throttle body spacer headers and aluminum valve covers)and i cant get her to idle for more than 30 sec. with or without the advance plugged in(i took the intake off and cleaned it timing is off) if i play with the throttle it will stay running. i dont think there is a vacume leak i sprayed everything down with wd-40 and there was no change. if anyone has any ideas feel free to shoot them my way......

Do you have a timing light to make sure it is timed right?

Jus tryin to throw a little sense of humor. Would really help if you could get that code read to what its throwin. I know you cant get the truck up there but, hmmm Im gonna think it would be ignition since it happened right after you changed the cap and rotor.
