98 chevy fullsize 4.3

fuel not getting to throttle body or fuel injectors, does the fuel relay under the hood have anything to do with that or just get new pump

Do you hear the pump coming on? I would check the fuel filter & fuel pressure first if you haven't already. There is a relay so make sure that it is connected and working.
