How would I go about flushing the system? I've done transmissions and cooling systems, but not brakes

I am not sure if this is the proper way, but when I flush mine I...

Remove as much of the brake fluid from the master cylinder as possible using a fluid evacuator and then a few rags to wipe the MC clean
Fill it with clean fluid
Bleed brakes normally, but keep bleeding each one until new/clean fluid comes out

Alot of shops can do it. I do a acid flush to clean out all the corrosion. Firestone has a tool or machine to flush it quickly. Only cost me $40.
