Default 99 Sierra

First off, I'm new here and haven't got the hang of the search function yet but I need some info. I have a 99 Sierra with closing in on 140000 on it. In the mornings when I start it up it starts fine, I back out and turn at the same time and again fine. When I put it in drive and try to turn the wheel however it acts like it's trying to stall out. It has only been doing this the first time it's driven every day. Any idea as to what the crap is going on with this truck?? Any and all ideas are very welcome

It sputters a little if the wheel isn't turned, but it's really bad if it is turned. It went out on me this morning, I backed out like normal and put it in drive, turned the wheel tried to go and it quit. Started back up and it started and ran just fine. I was thinking it was something in the fuel system but over the period of a year alot of that has been changed out. I guess I just gotta break down and take it in to the shop monday. If I get it in and get an answer, I will be sure to let everyone know

Hmmm. I wouldn't be suprised to find out thats what it is, I've had it replaced twice. The fuel system drives me up the wall. Oh well. I appreciate the help Argon.

Pull the vacuum hose off the reg...there should be NO GAS in the line.

I guess your pump could be screwy at the same point every day...this is weird
