99 Silverado

Hi guys. I have a 99 Silverado, 5.3 4X4. It wouldn't run, si I replaced the fuel pump. It still doesn't run. You have to keep it floored to get it to run. Code says misfire on 1 & 5. Any ideas?

New plugs and wires, might need to be re timed.

is 1 and 5 sparking?..are those plugs fouled?...may need to check the compression
