Truck started missing come to find out the shroud broke at the bolt. The underside connects to the air filter line and that part had come out of connection. I hooked it back up best i could and it has been fine since.

Anyone got any ideas how I can reattach the part of the shroud? I thinking metal strips and putting bolts on the top an bottom of the existing bolt where the shroud broke loose.

 

I have one off my 99 that's just sitting in the garage if you're interested.
