I have a 00 Silverado. When stopping at low speeds the ABS kicks on. I know this is a problem with either a bad or dirty sensor. I have also read that you can pull the ABS fuse to eliminate this until it is fixed. If you pull the fuse will the brake light come on and stay on until it is fixed? Currently the brake light is not on.

i would imagine it does not turn the light on seeing as it kicks on if the brakes are active or there is a problem in the system. argon would be able to tell you for sure.
