Air Conditioning Control Lights

Does anyone know how to change the stock lights on the air conditioning controls from stock lights to bluelights?

I seen a thead on a nother forum a wile ago and it was not easy. Try doing a search on http://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/index.php Last I read he was doing the lights on the window and door lock switches.

They are soldered in so they could be changed, but not easily.
