Any suggestions? I know I carry a ton (not litterally) of weight around all the time, but how much really makes a difference? and is it worth it? I carry alot of tools and recovery gear in my toolbox all the time and don't always need it, but it is nice to have when needed.

The only extra weight I have is my Tonneau cover. I've thought about taking out the spare tire, but that one day when I get a blow out...

I've gone to the strip a couple of times since I've been here. I always take off the tailgate, rear seat, floor mats, spare tire, antenna, front passenger's side headlight, jack and tools and clean it up all nice and shiny like, as well as clean out my glove box and console of all the b.s. I don't need at the time. Basically, the only thing I have is my insurance card and registration. Makes a big difference. Much less drag. I also have my exhaust unbolted at the flange, and took off the old catback. That **** is heavier than you think.

When I run mine, I will most likely do the same. MrLM7, how much time do you think you cut off with all the weight reductions?

I'd say roughly 350 lbs. Havn't weighed it, though.

I'm sorry, I meant how much time do you think you save in the quarter. Have you ever compared times with everything in it versus all the weight reductions?
