07 2500 HD Silverado Duramax Allison 4x4 new body style.
Factory tires were LT245/75R 16
I got stuck every time I got anywhere off of the hard top.
Front tires would sink and it was all over.
Very heavy front end on this truck.

I had a set of Cooper Discoverer ATRs on an older Chev that were 265/75R/16 but not rated for the weight.
I put them on anyway and stayed away from loading down the truck.
Flotation was MUCH better. Tread width almost 10". I have not been stuck since.

Time has come to replace them and I want to go back to the load range E.
However, the LT version of the same tire
Cooper Discoverer ATR LT265/75R 16 is only 8" wide.
Back to the same problem. Not enough width to support the weight.

So, my question. Does anyone have a tire recommendation?
Load Range E 16"rim Around 31" tall
Mud and Snow tread with a tread width of greater that 9"

I don't need an aggressive tread. I spend most on miles on highway but it is annoying to keep getting stuck in places that should be easy going.
