automatic headlights

Does anyone happen to know how to turn off automatic headlights on a 2000 chevy silverado?

or maybe how to reprogram them?

are we talking headlights or DRLs??? there is a big diffrence

Headlights and DRL

Either way you turn them both off by pressing the dome overide button 4 times.If its the DRL just pull the bulbs and replace with blown bulbs if you never want them on.
