Default back pressure

i have a 09 chevy silverado i put true dual ehaust on it. after doing so i realized between 30 - 50 mph in v4 mod there is this very loud almost grinding or vibrating noise. i have done some research and found that i need to increase the amount of backpressure in the system to remove that vibration any one have a idea on how to increase the backpressure without goin back to stock please tell me!

Yes he has a V8, it switches back and forth between 4 and 8cylinders depending on the driving conditions.
