Best MPG

I have a 2006 Duramax/Allison. I don't need any more power, but I would like to optimize my mpg. What is the best modification to increase mpg?

Thanks. I am new to this and not familiar with a "programer." A particular model and brand?

I have also heard about a new intake by Banks, apparently to let more air in.

High flow intake, free up exhaust, and programmer like banks.
