Which is better?

I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I was wondering if I should get 18 inch glasspacks, or 12 inch. I'm getting it true dual with 3 inch tips.

I think the first thing I have to ask, BETTER FOR WHAT???

Better for quietness would be the longer the quieter
The shorter, the louder.

Better for fuel millage??
Both are not going to make any significant difference
