just hit a major snag, can't get the nuts off the drivers side front or the rear at the "t" over the axle. i'll have to keep replacing the front down to the caliper.
i haven't looked too close at the back, just squirted some kroil on it and will try again tomorrow.

Use PB blaster/WD40 and let it set. Only use a line wrench ... As far as replacing the front driver, use vice grips on the T-block under the hood to keep from breaking the other lines. Don't crush the T-block, it's only brass, but use the vice grips to hold the block, and use your other hand to wrench on the fittings with your line wrench.

Or, if you're replacing the whole line, cut the line with side cuts and use a socket to turn the fitting out of the T-block.

At least this way, you'll know the brake system is 100% good. I hate the feeling when one line goes ... and the other line that didn't go yet is just as original as the one that just blew ...

fixed them good today, took the elecrtic brake controller out and put it in a 2008 silverado.cab was so rotten only one(right front ) mount was holding anything.will fix it to use as a wood buggy.
