blue stuff in 3 button transfer case ok or not

local shop put gm blue stuff in my 3 button transfer case dealer said it should have atf 3 will it be ok with the blue stuff or should i change it out thanks its a 2500hd with a 8.1 allison combo crew cab 2003

Its fine..the blue is just a newer fluid...costs more!

i was told the blue stuff is synthetic with additives so this should be better then regular atf?
