Can i sell my old pro comp calibrator 2010 gmc sierra?

I have a new 2011 silverado z71. i traded in my 2010 gmc sierra z71 6" suspension lift 35" tires. I cant use the thing anymore but i dont know if i can even sell it to anyone.

some can be updated over the web i used my last one on several diff ones and had no problems
