Check engine light came on in my '07 Sierra. Checked the code and it came upP0301 "Cylinder one misfire detected". Just put in new NGK spark plugs, checked the wired and boots while I did it and they were fine. Started it up and it's throwing the same code. What are some other causes that could make it show this code? It's the 6.0L V8.
