Ok Recently I bought a edelbrock carb and manifold. While removing my old intake manifold. Two of the bolts broke off in the cylinder head on each side in the very back.. Well I tried an easy out to remove the first one which is passenger side at the back of engine, the easy out Cracked my cylinder head a little at the top, so Now I cant get the thread to lock, and Im afraid to tap again, because I already did once?????? So I JB Welded all around on the cylinder head around the broke out part. and sealed it pretty well.Will my truck run ok if I leave that back bolt out, I have all the rest of the bolts torqued down????????. I already had to take the other cylinder head to a machine shop, because I broke a tap off in side// So any help is appreicated. Thanks

 

You will more than likely get a leak and your truck won't run right. It may not happen right away but eventually depending on how much broke off.

 

What kind of leak/ Like a massive air leak? or water? there is no fluid or intake ports on the back? How much would my truck run like crap. would it be gasping?
