Default Chevy P/U Problem

I have the following:
1988 Chevy P/U Silverado
V8 4x4
Standard Cab
Within past two years, had installed New Spark Plugs and New Wires and Distributor Cap/Rotor
While in Park, engines runs and sound smooth.
Problem that I (just) started noticing:
Happens when…………..
**FROM PARK TO PUTTING IN GEAR
**WHILE DRIVING
**WHEN I COME TO A COMPLETE STOP AND GO TO START
>>>>>It is starting to quickly BUCK/HESITATE while driving and the engine actually STOPS for a SPIT second. Can be riding along just fine then all of a sudden this happens!
>>>>>At a full stop, say at a stop sign, it will BUCK, then stall.
I have a feeling that it is gong to be like finding a needle in a hay stack as to what is causing this!
**Could there be WATER/MOISTURE in the gas line?
**Could there be a Bad Spark Plug or Wire?
Don’t know!
Please give me some suggestions as to what you may think is causing this and how to correct it.
Thanks so much!
Tom from Pa.

When he says spray the water he means with a water bottle not a water hose! Just wanted to make sure you understand that. Also if you think the gas may have water in it you can buy some Iso-heet from Wal-mart or any auto parts store for $2-$3 and add that to the fuel to elminate any and all water.

If it were me I would start with replacing the fuel filter. Sounds like a more of a fuel problem to me. Probably could use a new fuel filter anyway! Good luck with that.
