Default Cranking stock torsion key

Hey guys i wanna crank up the torsion key to try and get 1.5 inches in the front and make the truck a little more level. I just have a few questions.

1) i know this is stupid... but where is the damn adjustment bolt. I couldn't find it. Also what size socket do i need.

2) I understand leveling the truck out creates extra pressure on the front end, I know things will wear out faster, and i know my ride will be stiffer... but how bad are we talking here? Are things going to start breaking down within a year or two or is this more of a down the road thing. I know its hard to answer that question without the condition of my current suspension but just a general answer would be nice.

i have an 05 silverado extended 4x4

If your only going 1.5" it shouldn't affect the ride too much. It should roughly be 6 turns in to get that amount. You will need to realign the truck afterwards. It is either a 16 or 18MM I can't remember off hand.

youll end up needing a cheater bar. they gett pretty tight after a few cranks. i would recommend taking the ten minutes to get a jack an jack up the front.

not sure how much it lifted the front... but i measured the front and back and it was 94cm in the front and 95cm in the back so its almost level

How many turns did you give it? Looks good! How does it ride?
