wondering if anyone has had or heard of this problem.
fuel gauge works fine driving around but when i am at a stop or parked and idleing guage drops to e and the fuel light comes on. when i start to drive again it goes back to normal. hoping a easy fix do not want to drop tank to replace anything.

I had the exact problem in my '99. It ended up being the fuel sender, which cost around $350 to replace at my local guy. The dealership quoted it at around $500.
